Warden Last Stand In Deadlock: How The Pulses, Lifesteal, Resists, And June 11 Buffs Work
Warden 4 is Last Stand, the channeling ultimate that pulses damage, heals from hits, and got lifesteal plus duration buffs on June 11.
Last Stand is Warden asking the enemy team to please keep feeding the healing machine.
Short answer: Last Stand is Warden’s ultimate. After a 2-second charge, he releases damage pulses that heal him based on damage dealt while gaining major bullet and spirit resistance during the channel.

Last Stand Warden channels, then releases damaging pulses that heal him from damage dealt while granting heavy bullet and spirit resistance. |
Current Mechanics
Deadlock.one’s current Warden data lists Last Stand with a 155-second cooldown, 2-second cast delay, 6-second duration, 12m radius, 70 DPS with 1.3 spirit scaling, 0.5-second pulse interval, 75 percent hero lifesteal, 10 percent non-hero lifesteal, +50 percent bullet resist, and +50 percent spirit resist.
Last Stand is powerful when enemies are close enough to keep feeding the pulses. If they leave the radius or deny line-of-fight value before the channel matters, Warden becomes a dramatic man having a private moment.
Upgrade Path
- 1 AP: +4m radius.
- 2 AP: +40.5 DPS and -35s cooldown.
- 5 AP: +4s duration, unstoppable, and +30 percent resists while channeling.
The radius upgrade makes the first cast less embarrassing. T2 improves both output and availability. T3 is the big finish: more duration, unstoppable, and even more resistance during the channel.
Key Patch Changes
Valve’s Minor Update – 06-11-2026 increased Last Stand lifesteal from 65 percent to 75 percent, increased T2 from -30s cooldown to -35s, and increased T3 from +3s duration to +4s.
That is a clean ultimate buff. The patch makes successful Last Stand casts heal harder, cycle slightly faster at T2, and last longer at T3.
How To Use It
Cast Last Stand where enemies either have to fight you or lose something for leaving. Doorways, objective fights, cramped lane angles, and already-slowed targets are your friends. Open-field panic casts are how Warden donates a cooldown to the archive.
SwoleBenji’s Warden build guide leans into close-range brawling and items that juice Warden’s ultimate damage. Norry’s May 7, 2026 Warden gameplay guide also frames Warden around gun pressure, debuffs, and aggressive ultimate windows. The shared lesson is simple: Last Stand wants commitment, not sightseeing.
Counterplay
Leave the radius, interrupt or displace before T3 unstoppable matters, and deny Warden clustered hero targets. Last Stand lifesteal is only terrifying when the pulses are actually hitting valuable bodies.
Lore And Context
Last Stand turns Warden’s one-man-army tag into a timer. He walks into the mess, becomes harder to kill, and dares the room to make his healing numbers worse for itself.
